Core Strength / Movement Classes

Mondays from 12:00-1:00pm
Classes on Monday are taught by Lindsay Clipner, PT aide, Pilates and Gyrotonic instructor. Focusing upon strength and alignment for the whole body, special attention is given to the core, flexibility, movement quality and breath.
Thursdays from 4:30-5:30pm.

Classes on Thursday are taught by Ewa Zaborowski, DPT. With a focus on the Feldenkrais Method, the aim is to reduce pain or limitations in movement and promote general well-being.
Classes are individual-focused and suitable for all levels.
