Tai
Chi Chih, "Joy Thru Movement" is a series of simple, graceful, gentle
movements that stimulate, circulate, and balance the intrinsic energy
that flows within us. Beneficial results
are obtained regardless of a person's age, physical condition, or
agility. Because it is practiced with a relaxed body and focused mind,
it is considered a moving meditation.

How is Tai Chi Chinh Performed?
We use 19 movements that are easy to learn.
- Standing movements done slowly and gently
- Movements can be done seated
- Anyone can learn regardless of age and
physical ability
- No special clothing or equipment required
- Can be learned in a series of 8 sessions
Many students have found that the slow soft
gentle movement have a positive effect on blood pressure, weight control
and other physical aspects.
