I am a professional counselor/consultant who spends
a lot of time sitting and advising people on
stressful situations. When I am unable to exercise,
the tension builds up into muscle spasm in my back.
Recently I sought help from my physician who
prescribed muscle relaxant medication and
recommended I see Ewa Zaborowski.
The initial session was focused on a thorough
history and examination. Her use of heat and massage
with selective stretching exercises gave me
immediate relief.
The combination of my stretching routine two to
three times daily provided a marked improvement in
my muscle spasm with a return to the flexibility and
correct posture which I had lost many year ago. More
importantly, Ewa described the goal of each exercise
in a way which I can utilize in continuing to
perfect my routine. I am now two months after the
six sessions and I can do all of the
athletics/physical challenges which caused painful
spasm in the past.
